The key element in our code of conduct is commitment. Right from the application of rules and regulations to matters of confidentiality, exclusivity, professional inter as well as intra-company interactions, research methodologies, complaints redressal and compliance to the highest standards of efficient and effective working, LMB stresses on honest and ethical functioning. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of misconduct of dishonesty. It is our belief that our values should be reflected in every aspect of our functioning, which is why whatever we do is conceptualized within the parameters of personal and professional integrity.

All our products are government certified and approved, and our pharmaceuticals are trusted for their adherence to high quality and reliability criterion. Our manufacture of pharmaceutical therapeutics is strengthened by prestigious foreign tie-ups, with the thrust area of the organization being ‘Life Saving” category of biological products. We also specialise in developing formulations with a novel drug delivery system.

3. Focused Growth
The LMB family has adopted a focused and responsible plan of growth that aims at expansion and improvement in every area of its functioning. On one hand, we are increasing our field strength to ensure uncompromised standards of excellence in every area of operation, while on the other we are concentrating equally on geographical expansion in a well-thought out and conscientious manner. At a global level, we intend to do so by tapping into international markets, starting with our neighboring countries, with the intention of establishing a firm and reliable presence there. We are also making inroads into third party manufacturing through meticulous and concentrated planning with specific reference to our plant at SIDCUL, Uttarakhand.

In addition, as an acknowledgement of the importance of accessible leadership, there is provision for any employee to approach the Head of the Company with grievances or suggestions without fear of retaliation and with the assurance that the matter will be kept as confidential as possible. HR policies at LMB are integrated with strategic business planning and used to reinforce an appropriate culture. LMB places the highest importance on Human Resource Development for its future evolution and hence the focus of employee friendly policies and processes is of utmost importance.
